TWO seventeen-year-old youths were killed last night when they were
struck by a train as they rode a scrambling motor cycle alongside the
track. They were hit by the 3.57pm trans-Pennine commuter train from
Manchester to Wakefield Westgate as it passed through Thornhill Lees,
near Dewsbury. They were not named.
