CAIRO: Two Britons serving 25-year jail sentences in Egypt for drug
smuggling have been released on medical grounds. A Foreign Office
spokesman identified the two as Paul Collett, 45, and Maureen Paleschi,
54. Collett had served eight years of his 25-year sentence and Paleschi
six.
