THE Bremner Cup, a four-team invitation event played at Dalmally, was
won by Lovat, who defeated host club Glenorchy 3-1 after extra time.
In the play-off for third place Inveraray defeated Glengarry by 5-0.
In the Buteman six-a-side tournament at Rothesay Oban Celtic lost 3-1
to Oban Camanachd at the semi-final stage. In the other tie Kilmory had
a 1-0 win over Kyles Athletic. Oban Camanachd's captain Dougie MacIntyre
scored the only goal in the final.
