POLICE in Tayside have appealed for information after shipmaster

Hamish Robertson discovered that one of his anchors was away. The 5ft

4in anchor, weighing 280lbs, belonged to the frigate HMS Unicorn, the

oldest British warship still afloat. The maritime relic, worth #600,

disappeared from the berth of the 170-year-old Unicorn at Victoria Dock,

Dundee, between 5pm on Friday and noon on Tuesday.
