AN alleged fraudster from Cirencester has had his court date postponed for the second time.
William Rittman, 27, who owns Rock Steady Computers in The Waterloo Cirencester, was charged with three counts of fraud , after allegedly failing to send customers in the Portsmouth area products they had paid for.
He was due to stand trial at Portsmouth Crown Court on September 1 but his case has now been put back to the week beginning October 5.
A spokesman for the court said: “He had some problems with his legal aid and it had to be put back by around four weeks.”
Mr Rittman, who lives above his shop, was originally going to face trial on the week beginning September 1 but his court case was put back as he was deemed"not fit to stand trial" due to a medical condition.
