A TWO-YEAR-OLD boy was taken to hospital by air ambulance after falling in a pond, it has emerged.
Paramedics and a doctor were flown by Great Western Air Ambulance to the scene in Dudbridge on Tuesday, April 14.
Yesterday, A Great Western Air Ambulance spokesperson said the medical team performed critical care at the scene and established that the infant was conscious and breathing.
She said the incident was believed to have taken place around 2.25pm the boy’s home in the Dudbridge Hill area.
The infant was then taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition.
The air ambulance then returned to the scene to collect the medical team.
