MANAGING your money is the theme of a new training course which starts in Stroud next month.
The course, Made of Money, will take place over six Saturday mornings from May 9 to June 13, from 10am to noon.
Run by trained volunteers from Stroud’s Save’n’borrow Credit Union, the course at The Exchange in Brick Row will be completely free: not only that, a grant towards child-care expenses is available.
“We don’t want to exclude anyone from benefitting from this course through being hard up,” said Save’n’borrow volunteer Kim Richardson. “The main purpose of Made of Money is to empower those struggling with their financial situation.”
