Weather: cloud and rain expected in the Cotswolds
THERE will be a cloudy start to this this morning and throughout it there will be spells of heavy rain.
Later today will be mostly dry but cloudy skies will remain and it will be fairly windy. The maximum temperature is going to be 15 degrees.
This evening will again be cloudy and light light can be expected in places and heavier showery rain reaching will reach western areas later. The minimum temperature will be 9 degrees and it will stay breezy with mild temperatures.
