THE annual Fairford Festival Queen competition took place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 4 at the Bull Hotel in Fairford.
There were 12 entries all hoping to win a place in the Festival Queen’s entourage. Last year’s Festival Queen, Jasmine Stephenson handed over the crown to new Fairford Festival Queen 2015, Bo Preece-Smith, who was also last year’s Festival Princess.
The coveted Festival Princess award was given to Annie Russell.
The new Queen and Princess will be taking part in events in Fairford not only during the Festival weekend of June 5-7, but also throughout the year.
They will be assisted by their Ladies-in-Waiting: Heather Kent, Ashley McGuinn, Zena Preece-Smith; Page Boy: Moses Preece-Smith; and Flower Girls: Amelie Bevis, Emily Cory, Eloise Greenaway, Danielle McGuinn, Tiggy Preece-Smith, Amelie Warren.
