The under mentioned applications have been received since the publication of the previous list dated 03.05.15 may be inspected at Planning Dept, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, (Tel:01453 754442) during normal office hours, 8.45am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays).

Any persons wishing to make representations about any of these applications may do so in writing to the Head of Planning at the above address as soon as possible.

Randwick: Mr Jane Godsell, Livestock and feed barn, Far Westrip Farm, Far Westrip, new barn to provide storage for feeds and accommodation for specialist groups of cows or young stock, there is also no accommodation for young animals when the farm is restricted by TB, the farm would benefit from extra storage facilities for bagged feeds so that greater quantities can be purchased at a time.

Stonehouse: Mr and Mrs Jason Lambert, Fairfield, Pearcroft Road, two storey side extension with internal alterations, new second floor window on principal elevation facing Pearcroft Road; Ms Lynn Salman, West Wing, Bridgend House, Downton Road, Bridgend, relocate existing staircase and remove (non-original) pine-pannelled and studpartition interior wall, existing approved planning permission exists for something

similar already, introduce a new staircase to allow access to the attic bedrooms, to replace existing ladder access, this will be located in existing (ladder) access position to minimise impact, re-locate small stretch of interior bedroom wall to allow wider corridor (landing) and access beyond staircase; Ms Amanda Bromley,

Upton St Leonards: Mrs Anne Morphew, 31 Perry Orchard, mature Ash tree - reduce 3-4.5m north east side and reduce 2-3m on west side to balance canopy; Mr and Mrs Hastings, 17 Bondend Road, erection of two new dwellings.

Whiteshill and Ruscombe: Mr and Mrs Hall, Meadowside, Lower Street, Ruscombe, extensions, porch and insertion of dormer windows to dwelling and re-face east elevation of existing outbuildings.

There is no formal mechanism for consultation on these types of applications, particularly where “prior notification” is involved.

On occasion, the case officer may wish to contact public bodies to confirm information submitted.

Cainscross: Mrs Patricia Dickinson, 78 The Beagles, Cashes Green, new blockwork rendered in two coats - S.14/0832/HHOLD. 1:1;6 cement/lime/sand mix with bell cast drip and boundary wall junction formed using

stainless steel profiles all finished with a wooden float and decorated with kilm paint.

Minchinhampton: Mr P Wilke, Old Coach House, Hyde, Chalford, discharge of condition 1 in relation to application S.11/1422/HHOLD; Mr Conaghan, Daneshill House, Box, Judas tree: reduce height of the remaining two stems by approx thirty percent; reduce all lateral branches to shape.

Miserden: Communication Station at Lypiatt Farm, proposed installation of 35m High Lattice Tower Mobile Phone Base.

Painswick: Mrs Chloe Withnell, Bramfield, Edge Road, use natural slate on roof instead of corrugated sheeting, substitute single door on the south aspect with double doors on the western aspect, add a

window on the northern side.
