Man arrested on suspicion of masturbating in his car in Cirencester
A 26 year old man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency in a BMW car in North Home Road, Cirencester between 7am and 8am on Friday May 15.
He has been bailed until June 17.
If anyone has information on the incident than call police on 101.
