POLICE are continuing to investigate the circumstances whereby a 15-year-old boy was found hanging from a tree in Robert Burns Avenue, Cheltenham, on Thursday May 21.
A Family Liaison Officer has been appointed by police who are continuing to work with the boy's family and school.
Although officers are not treating this incident as suspicious, police still need to establish the full circumstances and background.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting Incident 345 of May 21.
They are asking for the public to avoid speculation about the circumstances of the incident and to remain sensitive towards the family at a difficult time.
