A PARTICIPANT in the Truck Pull Challenge in Stroud was taken to hospital after collapsing at the scene on Sunday.
An ambulance was called at 3.45pm for a 32-year-old man who was suffering from chest pain.
Organiser Gary Gardner confirmed the man was now fine and had been released from hospital.
He said: “At the time you do worry, but we understand it was more cautionary. The main thing is he is now fit and well."
