A FORMER private chef to the stars has taken over the kitchen at the recently revamped Bear Inn at Bisley.
Toby Refoy, who has cooked for the likes of Blur bassist turned farmer Alex James, TV journalist and broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson and the Prime Minister David Cameron has been given the challenge of spicing up the menu at The Bear that has only recently been taken over by David and Amanda Terry.
Toby will also be baking fresh artisan breads and promises that his Sunday lunch will be the best in the area.
“My signature dish has to be my Sunday roast,” the chef commented.
