A NYMPSFIELD resident has appealed for anyone who finds her missing Cannon camera to return it immediately.
Karen Eberhardt-Shelton lost the small digital Cannon SX240HS camera near stream bordering the central car-park near Nailsworth Co-op early on Sunday afternoon.
The camera was in a rectangular black zipper pouch, which also contains a memory card and a spare battery.
Mrs Eberhardt-Shelton said: “I was so distraught over finding the camera missing, I couldn't eat my supper and spent most of the night fitfully tossing and turning.
"Those photos mean everything to me and I can never replace them.
“If somebody found that camera, keep it if you must, but please return the card either via this paper or the police station in Stroud.
“I will be grateful beyond measure for any response regarding this loss.”
The most recent photos on the camera were of the Nailsworth mill stream, sheep grazing in a wooded area, Selsley Common and a series of images of badger sets.
