Date set for trial of three men who deny having stolen lead in Nailsworth
THREE men who have denied possessing stolen lead in Nailsworth will stand trial in July.
Bristol men Daniel Stuart Andrew Asher, 28, of Barkley’s Hill, Kye Daniel Lee Collins, 27, of Meadow Street, and Darren Fordham of Sylvan Way, have all pleaded not guilty to a charge each of acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property.
It is alleged they were found with stolen lead on April 2. All three pleaded not guilty at their first court appearance two days later.
The trio appeared before Stroud Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 20.
A trial date was set for Thursday July 30 for Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court.
