And this is not the only time that the bakery gives to the community.

Each year the bakery donates cash to various groups in Tetbury.

It also regularly gives left over bread to St Mary’s School in Tetbury so it can be used in the children’s breakfast club, they also donate cake to Tetbury Memory club.

Tom said: “We always give the school first refusal.

“We are always looking at how we can support something such as donating to an event that needs bread. It is why we are still here, we are so inbuilt into the community.”

Henry explained that one of highlights of the history of the shop was it refurbishment last year, which has been praised by customers.

He said: “That was a nerve wracking time which was expensive and we do not know how it was going to be received.”
