Stonehouse Library Baby Bounce & Rhyme and Bookstart Bear sessions are back. Every Wednesday at 10.30-11am during school term time. Goldfish community toddler group. We meet every Friday in school term time at the Baptist Church from 10-11.30am. Sessions are free and include a drink and home-made biscuits as well as a craft activity. We have plenty of toys and finish the morning with singing. Trees will be decorated, shops will have posters and pink window displays, and there will be a wire sculpture for people to tie pink ribbons on to remember someone and show solidarity. All part of the Stonehouse Arts Festival.

Leonard Stanley Village Fair. Saturday, July 11 from 12.30pm on Leonard Stanley playing field. Many attractions including; football tournament, produce competition, cookery demonstration by Laura Rowe, editor of Crumbs Magazine, dog show and agility exhibition, hog roast, teas and refreshments in the church, vintage tractors and steam traction engine, children’s entertainer, bouncy castle and of course lots of stalls and a bar.
