PROPERTY specialists Perry Bishop & Leaders in Cirencester are jumping in the saddle to raise cash for a charity that provides respite care for disadvantaged children.
The sponsored bike ride on Saturday July 4 will see members of the team cycle 50 miles from their office in Cirencester to The James Hopkins Trust in Gloucester.
Branch manager Lorna Robinson said: “We are delighted to be supporting Together for Short Lives as our charity partner this year, and through them The James Hopkins Trust. Our intrepid cyclists have been training hard to make sure they’re fit for the ride and our clients, business associates and the general public have been generous in their support, helping us to raise just over £1,000 so far!”
The event has been organised as part of Perry Bishop & Leaders’ Charity of the Year partnership with Together for Short Lives, a charity for children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions.
As part of the route, the team, which is made up of Marie-Ann Higginson; Amelia Greener; Theresa Troupe; and Lottie Smith ,will pass Perry Bishop & Leaders offices in Tetbury, Stroud and Cheltenham.
