JUST IN: Stonehouse man Martyn Gardner, 36, to stand trial accused of rape
A 36-YEAR-OLD Stonehouse man is to stand trial on a charge of rape after he pleaded not guilty at Gloucester Crown Court today.
Martyn Gardner, of Park Road, denied that he raped a woman on November 14, 2013.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC bailed Gardner till August 18, when a three day trial is expected to commence.
- We have been asked to point out that the defendant in this case is not Martyn Gardner, age 33, of Bisley Road, Stroud.
