AN ESTATE agents in Cirencester has been crowned Professional Services Provider of the Year at the Cirencester Business Awards 2015.

More than 200 people from businesses across Cirencester turned up at the fifth Cirencester Business Awards, held on May 15, in the Corn Hall.

First-time entrants Perry Bishop and Chambers were shocked and delighted when they discovered they had won a highly sought-after and competitive accolade.

“We entered this year because we had such a great 2014,” said marketing manager at Perry Bishop Eliza Dunlop. “We had lots of improvements and fantastic testimonials.

“We also set up our Mayfair office, launched Perry Bishop TV, which gives clients video tours of their homes, and introduced homestaging photography, where professional photographers take pictures of client’s homes like a lifestyle magazine shoot. I think we’re the only estate agents in town that do this.”

Perry Bishop has a team of 26 Cirencester staff, and four other branches; Nailsworth, Cheltenham, Faringdon and Tetbury, employing 60 staff overall.

In the professional services category, the judges were looking for examples of imaginative and innovative ways in which businesses had enhanced their offer to clients.
Perry Bishop’s strong testimonials saw them take the crown.

“We are absolutely thrilled,” said managing director Phillip Bishop. “It’s the result of all the hard work put in by every member of our team. 2014 was our most successful trading year, a result of exemplary client service and new and improved ways of helping our clients enjoy the best possible estate agency experience. This award is the icing on the cake.”
