POLICE are seeking the whereabouts of Brandon Jones, who has gone missing in Stroud.
Brandon, 18, was last seen at his supported housing accommodation in central Stroud on July 27 at about 08.50am.
His mobile phone was found near the Council Offices in Ebley.
Brandon is described as white, about 5' 7'' tall, with green eyes, medium build, pale complexion, short black hair, and clean shaven.
He has a scar on the left side of his neck and a spider tattoo on his neck, and was last seen wearing a T-shirt, jeans and trainers.
Brandon may have difficulty communicating with people.
Police are concerned for his welfare and would urge Brandon or anyone who has seen him to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 353 of July 28.
