STROUD Fringe Festival returns tomorrow (Friday) with a weekend of free music in and around town.
To ensure the safety of revellers and residents, roads will be temporarily closed from Friday to Sunday.
Gloucester Street and Lansdown will be closed on Friday from 2pm to midnight, Saturday from 12 noon to midnight and Sunday 12 noon to midnight.
Parking alongside the Bank Gardens is also suspended over the weekend.
