GLOUCESTERSHIRE Deaf Association’s popular lip-reading classes are returning to Stroud for the autumn months.
Hosted by qualified lip-reading tutors, the weekly classes are an opportunity for anyone living with any level of hearing loss to learn an essential life skill which will help give back independence and social engagement.
People with hearing problems are welcome to attend the friendly class, which will also include information and help with hearing aids and a battery supply service.
Stroud lip-reading classes take place on Tuesdays between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at St Albans Church Hall on Parliament Street.
The classes are led by Tanya Harper.
New students are welcome anytime and are invited to enjoy a taster class before signing up.
