A NEW hare themed pathway in Cirencester is being unveiled by Prince Richard The Duke of Gloucester on Friday
The Hare Festival Way has been designed by Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, and is supported by the Cirencester Community Development Trust and in partnership with Cirencester Town Council.
It follows the River Churn through Cirencester, giving visitors and local residents better access to the wonderful green spaces of the town, including wild flower meadows.
HRH The Duke of Gloucester will be unveiling the first two hare sculptures and also the first interpretation boards along the route at City Bank.
There will be a total of six boards and seven hares along the route when completed, as well as a whole new accessible nature reserve and improved habitats throughout.
