OUTSTANDING residents will be recognised at an awards ceremony in Cricklade next year and the town's council who are organising it are urging residents to come forward with nominations.
The Annual Civic Awards are given to individuals or groups from Cricklade who are hard working, brave or have done outstanding voluntary work.
The nominations for the awards are Young Person of the Year, Cricklade Community Award and Community Group of the Year.
Award certificates will be given out at the Cricklade Town Council Annual meeting in April.
To put somebody forward for an award fill in a nomination form, which are available from the Cricklade Town Council offices in the High Street or can be downloaded from the www.cricklade-tc.gov.uk website.
Nominations must be submitted by 12 February 2016.
