A COMMEMORATIVE plaque in honour of Cirencester rock legend Cozy Powell will be unveiled in Cirencester in January by Queen guitarist Brian May.
Cozy drummed for many renowned bands including The Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, Whitesnake and Black Sabbath and died in a car accident on the M4 in 1998.
According to a report on BBC Radio Gloucestershire, the light blue plaque will be installed at the Corn Hall in the Market Place on January 7.
