Weather November 23: cold and frosty start followed by dry and bright day
TODAY will start cold and frosty with some fog patches but later on it will be dry and bright.
This evening rain, which will be sometimes heavy, can be expected.
The showers will move eastwards overnight, clearing in western parts, leaving a dry, breezy and cloudy end to the evening.
It will be slightly warmer that last night with the a minimum temperature of 4°C.
