A WILTSHIRE charity that supports blind and partially sighted people living throughout Wiltshire and Swindon has launched a campaign to get people wearing their Christmas jumpers.

Wiltshire Sight is encouraging all local companies, shops, schools and even just groups of friends to get involved in their #jumpersforWS campaign.

The appeal is asking organisations in Wiltshire and Swindon to wear Christmas jumpers from December 1-18, take a group photo, then send it to the charity for a chance to win a goody bag.

Whilst doing this people can raise money for Wiltshire Sight to enable them to continue supporting local people living with sight loss. Donations can be made on their website or people can call the main office for more information on donating money.

Chief Executive of Wiltshire Sight, Leane Hubbard commented on the campaign: “I think this is a fun way to raise money and support visually impaired people in your local community, as well as getting a great group picture of your workforce, school class or just a photo of you and your friends on a night out.”
