A FORMER Cirencester computer shop owner has admitted failing to send products to paying customers in the Portsmouth area.
William Rittman, the former owner of Rock Steady Computers, pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud at Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday, January 11. He had been due to stand trial.
The fraudster, who used to live in Cirencester and run the shop in the Waterloo, has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced on February 5 at the same court.
Rittman, who closed Rock Steady Computers in February last year, avoided standing trial at the court three times last year due to the case being postponed.
