POPULAR Stroud shop 99p Stores is closing down - but it will soon re-open as Poundland.
Closing down posters went up at the store today ahead of its closure on Saturday, February 20.
The store is expected to re-open as Poundland on Monday, February 29.
"There will be a lot of different stock and a different layout," said trainee manager at the shop Westley Heath.
All of the current staff will remain at the store, it is understood.
Poundland bought 99p Stores for around £55million last year.
99P Stores are gradually being phased out across the country.
