Busy A46 road between Stroud and Pitchcombe to close for repair work this week
A STRETCH of busy road between Stroud and Pitchcombe will be closed for urgent repair work this week.
The A46 Painswick Road, from the Stratford Road junction to the A4173 Gloucester Road turning, will be closed from 7pm until 6am, Monday to Friday.
A spokesman from Gloucestershire County Council said urgent patching repair work is taking place.
The work will not affect pedestrian or emergency access.
