A MAN will appear in court charged with stealing dogs from a Cotswold kennels.
Martin MacDonagh, aged 43, of Bradley Road in Patchway, Bristol, has been charged with theft and bailed to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday, April 29.
He is accused of stealing three springer spaniels from kennels is Chalford near Stroud on January 27.
One of the dogs has since been found in Bristol and returned to its owner.
