Stroud: Dr Trevor Barnes, 32 High Street, renewal of shop front.

Upton St Leonards: Mr & Mrs Keith Robertson, Manor Cottage, Portway, single storey side and rear extensions and first floor side extension to provide additional living accommodation.

Whitminster: Mr Greenfield, 9A Little Holbury, part conversion of garage to provide utility and WC, fenestration alterations on the ground floor of dwelling.
