The under mentioned applications have been received since the publication of the previous list dated 19.06.16 may be inspected at Planning Dept, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, (Tel:01453 754442) during normal office hours, 8.45 am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays). Any persons wishing to make representations about any of these applications may do so in writing to planning@stroud.gov.uk as soon as possible. Cainscross: Mr Peter Hayes, 54 Westward Road, dropped kerb and construction of hardstanding for one car space; Mr & Mrs Wilson, 338 Westward Road, Ebley, replacement of flat roof with pitched roof to garage for conversion.

Chalford: Mr D Gibson, Firwood House, Skaiteshill, Brownshill, minor changes to approved scheme S.14/1761/HHOLD; Mrs Ann Nash, Land at the Frith, Brownshill, erection of up to four detached dwellings and ancillary development.

Eastington: Gloucestershire County Council, Claypits Farm, Claypits, conversion of curtilage listed historic barns to provide two dwellings.

Frampton-on-Severn: Mr M Williams, Barn at Church End, change of us of an agricultural barn to a single dwelling situated in the grounds of a listed building.

Haresfield: Mr & Mrs Williams, Starsmead Cottage, conversion of existing detached garage to provide annex for dependant together with construction of new replacement detached garage.

Minchinhampton: Ms Lisbeth Morgan, Orchard Barn, Peaches Farm, Cirencester Road, replace soft wood part glazed door and frame with oak door and glazed unit, replace soft wood part glazed external kitchen door and adjoining window with oak bi-fold doors.

Nailsworth: Mr & Mrs Way, Linden House, Rockness Hill, single storey extension to the side.

Painswick: Mr Peter Lloyd, 3 George Court, conversion of one garage to living accommodation, blocking up with Cotswold stone and a door with window to be installed, existing front door to be blocked up with Cotswold Stone.

Rodborough: Mr & Mrs M Putnam, Broughton, Coronation Road, single storey rear extension and raised decking area from dwelling to rear garden; Mr Gray, 6 Shepherds Well, Rodborough Common, sycamore trees (A) – reduce.

Stonehouse: Mr & Mrs Hannis, 6 Sydney, two storey side extension; Ms Stephanie Cooke, Unit 501 and 502, Stonehouse Park, Sperry Way, to replace two existing non-illuminated fascia signs on front and side of building with a non-illuminated fascia on the side and an illuminated fascia to the front; Brackley, 48 Regent Street, single storey side and rear extension; Mr Jon Powell, Glen Farm, 80 Woodcock Lane, proposed demolition and reconstruction of existing coach house, garages and stables.

Stroud: Punch Taverns, Rose Inn, Paganhill Lane, erection of illuminated and non-illuminated signage to the exterior of the building.

Uley: Mr Warwick, 4 The Orchard, erect a canopy at the side of the house to cover and protect driveway.

Whiteshill and Ruscombe: Mr Ben Ryan, Land adjacent to Ruscombe Farm, Bread Street, Rusbcome, variations in conditions 4, 5, 9 and 11 of S.14/1445/FUL.

There is no formal mechanism for consultation on these types of applications, particularly where “prior notification” is involved. On occasion, the case officer may wish to contact public bodies to confirm information submitted.
