ON the same evening as Coldplay took to the Pyramid Stage for the emphatic finale of a muddy Glastonbury, the festival’s headliner from last year rocked the crowd in Gloucester.
Lionel Ritchie played Gloucester's Kingsholm Stadium on Sunday evening in much the same conditions as the Somerset festival – rain.
The R&B, soul, pop and gospel legend from Alabama rocked the soggy crowd, playing as the classics such as 'Easy Like A Sunday Morning', 'Three Times A Lady', 'Hello' and 'Dancing On The Ceiling'.
