Gloucestershire news: Vehicle fire causes M5 congestion
A VEHICLE fire has been causing tailbacks on the M5 this afternoon.
SNJ reader Robert Wall, from Stonehouse, saw the blaze which happened on the M5 southbound at junction 21 (Weston-super-mare).
Two lanes were shut but have now been re-opened following the incident.
Traffic remains slow, with congestion stretching back as far as junction 14 for Thornbury.
