PROUD parents watched their children graduate from the Little Angels Day Nursery in Stonehouse at a special ceremony.
Dressed in gowns and mortarboards, the children aged between four and five each received a unique degree based on their character and personality.
The children, who are due to start primary school in September, were applauded by family and parents as they went to collect their degree from staff on a specially made stage where they performed songs and poems.
Michaela Smith, pre-school leader, said: “It was a wonderful day for all.
“We have looked after most of these children from young babies and have watched them grow into powerful, unique young people.
“We wish them good luck for the future and will miss them all greatly.”
