Vehicle on its roof causes delays northbound on M5 between J13 for Stroud and J14 for Dursley
AN overturned vehicle on the M5 between junction 13 for Stroud and 14 for Dursley is causing congestion.
Two out of three lanes are closed northbound while emergency services attend the scene at the Michaelwood services.
Highways England has warned motorists to expect delays.
Normal traffic conditions are expected by 6.30pm today.
