A 24-YEAR-OLD Stroud man sent numerous threatening Facebook messages to his ex-partner, went to her address and assaulted her, magistrates were told.
Todd Mills of Devereaux Crescent in Ebley pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court to harassing his ex-girlfriend between April 5 and April 8 this year and assaulting her at her home in Stroud on February 15.
Mills also admitted stealing Calvin Klein fragrances to the value of £92 from Debenhams in Gloucester on July 11.
Cheltenham magistrates fined Mills £10, imposed a 12-month community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and made him the subject of a restraining order for two years.
He was prohibited from contacting his ex-partner or from going to her address for a period of two years.
