The under mentioned applications have been received since the publication of the previous list dated 04.09.16 may be inspected at Planning Dept, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, (Tel:01453 754442) during normal office hours, 8.45 am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays). Any persons wishing to make representations about any of these applications may do so in writing to planning@stroud.gov.uk as soon as possible. Kings Stanley: Mr & Mrs Jewkes, Daffodil Leaze, erection of retaining wall, replacement of garage and change of use of land to garden; Mr & Mrs Godfrey, Beaumont, Selsley West, demolition of rear extension and replacement with two storey extension.

Nympsfield: Mr A Reynolds, land at Tinkley Corner, change of use from agriculture to wood processing yard and erection of buildings.

Painswick: Head Ruddy Limited, Painswick Library, Stroud Road, variation of condition 6 on planning application S.16/1633/FUL to allow windows on north elevation to be opened for ventilation but controlled with a restrictor stay to maintain privacy.

Stonehouse: Mr Roger Telphig, land adjoining the Orchard, Bristol Road, erection of new private dwelling, resubmission of S.16/2313/FUL.

Stroud: Mrs Louise Bellack, 20 High Street, change of use of first, second and third floor accommodation from office to form five residential units. Alterations to roof at rear of building to add dormer flat roof and terrace; Mr David Tennant, 13 Stone Manor Court, Bisley Road, double stemmed birch (T1) – remedial work to lesson load bearing above tear and reshape, reduce top crown by 7m and reduce sides by 2-3m leaving overall height of 10m and spread of 6-7m; Mrs M Curtis, 37 Gannicox Road, erection of a replacement conservatory.

Upton St Leonards: Mrs Barbara Kahkonen, Bowden Hall Farm, Bondend Road, remove hedge and conifers and replace with two metres high close boarded wooden fence.
