TRAVELLERS who set up camp at the car park in Stroud's Tesco superstore have moved on today.
Two caravans were stationed in the Stratford Road car park since Thursday.
On Sunday they were joined by five more caravans but these left within a couple of hours.
Gary Logan, deputy manager at the store, said: "We have been speaking to them each day since they arrived and they have said they will be going the next day each time.
"They have been respectful and they have not caused any noise or nuisance to the store.
"I expect we will have some tidying up to do afterwards."
A spokesman for Tesco confirmed that the situation had been resolved and the travellers had moved by midday today.
