Delays after reported traffic light failure on A46 Painswick Road in Upton St Leonards
MOTORISTS are being warned of delays after a traffic light failure on the A46 Painswick Road in Upton St Leonards.
Traffic is reported to be very slow in the roadworks area near Nuthill where the traffic lights have reportedly failed.
Motorists are being advised to approach the area with care.
