MOTORISTS were caught up in delays after a parked police car blocked a bus in Stroud this afternoon.
The police car was parked by HSBC at around 2.30pm as officers reportedly attended a non-emergency incident in an opticians.
The bus was stuck for around 15 minutes, an eyewitness said, as passers-by went to find the police officers to move the car.
