A STROUD man has been accused of conspiring with others to supply heroin and cocaine.
Richard Brown, 30, of Russell Street, appeared before Cheltenham magistrates today when he was alleged to have conspired to supply the Class A drugs at Cheltenham between April 12 and September 9.
Brown admitted failing to surrender to the custody of the court last month.
He was granted unconditional bail until January 5, when he will appear at Gloucester Crown Court.
