POLICE have thanked the public for their help in tracking down an 81-year-old man who had gone missing from the Stroud area.
John Black was found safe and well by police last night.
He was last seen at 9am on Tuesday leaving his home in Oakridge Lynch to go for a walk.
Police had appealed for information from the public to help track him down.
Hundreds of people shared the post on the SNJ’s Facebook page.
