The under mentioned applications have been received since the publication of the previous list dated 27.11.16 may be inspected at Planning Dept, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, (Tel:01453 754442) during normal office hours, 8.45 am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays). Any persons wishing to make representations about any of these applications may do so in writing to planning@stroud.gov.uk as soon as possible. Bisley with Lypiatt: Mrs Christina Young A&E Designs, Four Winds, Cheltenham Road, Bisley, new timber fence to front boundary, retrospective.

Chalford: Mr & Mrs S Birch, 16 Farriers Croft, Bussage, proposed two storey and single storey extensions with alterations; Mr Ben Moylan, Marle Hill House, Marle Hill, removal of existing single glazed windows through the property and installation of new 12mm double glazed windows, using salvaged ironmongery where possible.

Cranham: Mr Struan McDonald, land at Hillside, approval of the details of the siting, design and external appearance of the building, the means of access there to and the landscaping of the site.

Minchinhampton: Mrs A Lloyd, Court House, Theescombe, Amberley, provision of hardwood door and frame to replace metal window; Mr Bob Polley, ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd, Gypsy Lane, proposed extension to provide staff toilet accommodation, revised design; Ms A Bullock, 32 West End, replace existing rear conservatory with two storey extension.

Miserden: Mr H Pynn Bayliss Building Consultancy, New Inn House, The Camp, new dormer windows and internal alterations.

Moreton Valence: Mr Ramazan Yaman, Moreton Hand Car Wash, change of use to hand car wash and valeting services.

Nailsworth: Mr Richard Borton, School House, Hayes road, Forest Green, complete the construction of raised timber deck.

Nympsfield: Mr & Mrs Gywer, 1 Cotswold Terrace, Church Street, two storey side and rear extension with single storey to rear.

Painswick: Gloucestershire County Council, Fire Station, Pullens Road, conversion of former fire station into two dwellinghouses including required demolition and extension.

Rodborough: Mr Robert Ferguson, Cobblers Cottage, Kingscourt Lane, internal alterations; Sandra Geering, Honeybank House, Dark Lane, variation of conditions of S.15/0237/FUL to regularise the works undertaken not in accordance with the approved plans, revised plans and details include changes to landscaping, additional retaining walls, minor design changes and details of materials; Autoset Productions, Rodborough Court, Walkley Hill, replacement of garage doors, change from window to an exit door from ground floor passageway and widening of existing access tunnel to provide adequate access to underground store; Ms Sarah Parker, 1 Church Place, demolition of existing porch and replace with new wooden porch, change of external paint colour of woodwork, repairs to pointing of house and wall.

These are applications to which Stroud District Council have been notified of. There is no formal mechanism for consultation on these types of applications, particularly where “prior notification” is involved. On occasion, the case officer may wish to contact public bodies to confirm information submitted.
