Happy New Year!

With the snow having come and gone(!), it feels a bit late in the year to still be wishing people seasonal greetings ā€“ A lot can change in Agency in the weeks since we saw in 2017 but as this is my first column this year, it seems a sensible place to start!

So, what has changed since we tucked into our turkey this year?

The period after Christmas and through to the New Year is one of the busiest from a marketing point of view and this year has not disappointed.

We only received one email on Christmas Day itself (which sadly went unanswered until the following day!) but the calls and emails have been increasing in number ever since as anxious purchasers are out viewing or ensuring they remain at the top of our lists.

Savvy sellers are bringing their properties to market already to take advantage of this demand and get a bit of a jump on the traditionally busy spring market.

Another big change is that we have moved premises in Cirencester!

It is sad to leave Black Jack Street but we are so proud of our new office at 31 Castle Street.

Iā€™m pretty sure we have one of the biggest Estate Agent windows in Cirencester now (but will have to sneak out with the tape measure one night to verify!).

All this window space needs filling so if you are thinking of selling, be sure to get in touch from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week to see how we can help.

We are not big on formality but are having a drink at 6pm on Friday, January 20, to pat ourselves on the back and so if you want to see our new place, feel free to pop in for a glass of bubbles on us!
