The mother of a boy who broke his arm whilst cycling in Randwick Woods is looking for the kind-hearted men who took him to hospital.

William Organ, 17, of Gravel Hill Farm, Burleigh was mountain biking with his friend last Wednesday when he tumbled over the handle bars, landing awkwardly on his arm.

Knowing that he had broken his arm straight away William required medical attention but with nothing but his bike this did not seem possible.

Luckily two men had witnessed the incident, one of whom drove William directly to hospital whilst the other stayed with the bike.

Louise Organ William’s mum said: “I’m just so pleased that those nice men were there to take William to hospital.

“I’m desperate to find out who they are so I can thank them properly.”

Louise also praised the medical staff at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

She said: “I know the NHS get a lot of grief but I could not fault them.

“They were brilliant.”
