THERE was a two-car collision on the junction near Golf Course Road in Painswick, one woman was taken to hospital.
The incident occurred at 2.55pm between a Peugeot 107 and a Vauxhall Corsa.
One female was taken to hospital after hitting her head, which caused a nosebleed.
The junction road was blocked in both directions as a result of the collision.
Two police cars and an ambulance attended the incident to both assist in recovery and direct traffic.
The junction is betwen the Cotswold Way/Golf Course Road and the B4073 Gloucester Road.
Traffic is reported to be coping well on the surrounding roads.
